How to Onboard
Onboarding is automated. Download the Vendor App, submit your business documents (CAC, Hygiene Certificate), and create your profile. Verification usually takes 1–2 business days.

- Standard: Default listings, standard commission.
- Boost: Higher visibility in search and AI recommendations, paid subscription or lower commission tier.

Variable % based on order volume and vendor tier. Covers platform maintenance and marketing.
Delivery Fee
Paid by customer. Dynamically calculated based on distance and traffic.
Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are processed for missing items or severe quality issues. Disputes are handled via our support team with evidence (photos) required.
Logistics & Delivery
Our assignment logic prioritizes:
- Rider proximity to vendor.
- Rider rating / reliability score.
- Vehicle type (Bike vs Bicycle for short distance).
Peak Hour Behavior
During high demand, delivery radius may shrink dynamically to ensure timely deliveries for core zones.
Security & Compliance
We adhere to strict data protection standards (NDPR/GDPR compliant). All payment data is tokenized and processed by PCI-DSS certified partners.
Fraud prevention systems analyze order patterns to detect chargeback risks and fake account creation.

Vendor: When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed every Tuesday for the previous week's earnings (Mon-Sun).
Rider: Can I reject orders?
Yes, but frequent rejections without cause may affect your reliability score and assignment priority.
