How does GrubFairy's AI work?
Our AI learns from your orders, ratings, the time of day, and even the weather to suggest meals you'll love — getting smarter with every order you place.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and partner with top-tier payment processors. We never store your card details directly on our servers.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Yes! From the moment the kitchen accepts your order to the second it arrives at your doorstep, you can track your rider's location live on the map.
What happens if my order is wrong or late?
We have a dedicated support team. If there's an issue, you can report it instantly in the app for a resolution or refund.
For Partners
How do I become a vendor?
Click on 'Become a Partner' in the menu, fill out the application, and our team will verify your kitchen within 1–2 business days. No signup fees.
Do I need my own delivery riders?
No, GrubFairy provides a fleet of vetted dispatch riders. You just focus on cooking amazing food; we handle the logistics.
How often do vendors get paid?
Payouts are processed every Tuesday for the previous week's orders (Mon–Sun), straight to your registered bank account.
What are the commission rates?
We charge a simple commission on completed orders — no setup fees and no monthly charges. You'll get the full rate card when you apply, so there are no surprises.
For Riders
How do I sign up to ride?
Download the GrubFairy Rider app, upload your documents (License, ID, Bike papers), and attend a quick onboarding session. You can start earning in as little as 3 days.
Do I need my own bike?
While having your own bike is preferred, we do have vehicle financing partners who can help you get a bike on a 'work-to-own' basis.
How are earnings calculated?
You earn a base fee for every pickup and drop-off, plus a distance fee. You also keep 100% of any tips customers give you.
