- Secure payments. Card details are encrypted and handled by certified payment partners — they never sit on our servers.
- A real way to report issues. If something’s wrong with an order, you can raise it in-app and get a resolution or refund.
For riders and partners
- Vetted riders, so restaurants and customers know who’s at the door.
- Clear, predictable payouts — weekly, every Tuesday — so partners and riders can plan.
- Data protection aligned with Nigeria’s NDPR.
